Correct measurement for custom-made insect screens: tips & explanatory video

In order for your custom-made insect screen to fit perfectly, it is important to take the right measurements. Please measure your windows from the inside and give us the actual width and height from seal to seal. Please note that we will add an additional aluminum profile of 6 cm for both width and height. Therefore, please do not measure the final product size, but the actual size from gasket to gasket.

Please note that for fly screens with a click system, a measurement must be carried out to the millimeter, as the system must fit exactly into the frame. Please ensure your measurements are taken carefully to ensure a correct fit of the fly screen.

Please make sure you have enough space of 3cm on all sides of the window frame to fit the fly screen frame perfectly. The fly screen must be mounted on the outside of the window frame to ensure optimal coverage.

If you do not have enough space of 3cm on all sides of the window frame due to space limitations, you can provide us with the exact dimensions of the final product. It is important that you tell us in the comments field that you have entered the final product dimensions.

If you tell us in the comments field that you have given us the exact dimensions of the final product, we will not automatically add 6 cm aluminum profile in production. Please make sure you give us the exact measurements so we can adjust the fly screen frame accordingly.

If you have roller shutters, you must ensure that there is a gap of at least 2cm between the window frame and the guide rails of the roller shutter so that our fly screen frame with a thickness of 18mm fits easily in this area. Careful installation is essential for an optimal result.

Gentle packaging for your customized insect screen

We attach great importance to gentle packaging to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. Therefore, your custom-made insect screen will be packed in bubble wrap and delivered in matching cardboard boxes.

In addition to the insect repellent, you will also receive double-sided adhesive tape to ensure quick and easy installation. Four screws are also included to ensure a secure attachment. A cover is provided to hide the screws after installation for a neat appearance.

Assembly instructions:

1. Take this Fly screens carefully out of the packaging

2 . Separate the two aluminum profiles from each other

3 . Connect the aluminum profiles using the corner connectors

MAKE SURE THAT THE CORDS LEAVE BETWEEN THE PULLEYS

4 . Mount the fly screen firmly to the window frame with the screws provided in the four corners or stick it to the window frame with the double-sided adhesive tape
